These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to purchases completed via the Blendecove store, and act as a supplement to our broader Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, as well as Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility & Customer Information

You need to hold the legal capacity to conclude a valid purchase agreement within your region. It is your obligation to keep your contact, shipping and billing information correct, and safeguard all operations carried out under your customer account.

Contract Formation

Items shown in shopping cart and during checkout count as an invitation for you to submit a purchase proposal. A legally‑binding sales contract for our makeup brushes comes into effect only after we formally approve your order and send out an acceptance or shipment confirmation. Auto‑generated order acknowledgement emails do not rule out further checks for price mistakes, fraud risks or inventory shortages.

Payment, Taxes, and Currency

Supported payment options and price information are fully displayed on the checkout page. Applicable tax amounts, delivery expenses and other stated fees are included within your final order total. Please be aware that your bank or payment platform might charge currency conversion or overseas transaction costs, which Blendecove cannot manage and will not reimburse.

Delivery and Risk

Available delivery solutions differ depending on your receiving location and stock status. Risk of product damage or loss shall transfer following relevant local consumer‑protection legislation. Where local laws allow, title to the makeup brush goods stays with Blendecove until full payment has been completed.

Returns and Statutory Rights

Return and refund matters are subject to our published Return & Refund Policy. Statutory withdrawal rights, product quality guarantees, warranty entitlements and other consumer protections granted by local laws remain valid. Those legal rights shall take precedence if any clause in these terms provides weaker user safeguards.

Events Outside Reasonable Control (Force Majeure)

Blendecove shall not be held accountable for delays or failure to perform obligations brought about by situations outside our reasonable influence. Such scenarios include, without limitation, logistics carrier breakdowns, natural catastrophes, official governmental measures, labour stoppages, infrastructure breakdowns, or large‑scale network and service interruptions.

Severability & Contact

Should any clause within these terms be deemed legally invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses shall stay fully effective.
