Hangzhou Gelangte Network Technology Information Co., Ltd. approves qualified return requests filed within 30 days after parcel receipt.

Eligibility

Returned Blendecove makeup brushes need to stay unused and kept in original condition, together with intact original packaging and all complete accessories. Valid purchase documentation is required for return proceedings. Custom‑engraved makeup brushes, gift cards and final‑sale merchandise are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable, save for scenarios required by local legislations.

Start a return

Before mailing back any goods, please write an email to service@blendecove.com. Be sure to state your order number as well as the exact makeup brush pieces you plan to send back. We will send email replies containing full return instructions and the valid return shipping address.

Damage or order issues

Please inspect your Blendecove makeup brushes immediately once you get your package. Should you receive broken, flawed items or incorrect goods, get in touch with us promptly and attach clear photographic evidence for us to review and resolve your matter.

Refunds

After we receive and thoroughly examine your returned shipment, authorized refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original delivery charges and return shipping costs will not be refunded. This rule does not apply when issues stem from damaged, defective or mis‑shipped goods, or when local applicable laws specify otherwise.
