Order Processing

Once your payment is successfully verified, our team will promptly process and pack your makeup brush order for shipment. After your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking information to help you monitor your delivery status in real time.

All delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are approximate and serve only as a reference, not a guaranteed delivery date. Transit delays may occur due to unforeseen situations, including logistics carrier backlogs, customs clearance checks, severe weather conditions, or inaccurate recipient address information.

Please double‑check your full shipping address carefully before finalizing your payment. If you find any address mistakes, contact us immediately at service@blendecove.com. Please note that address edits are no longer permitted once your order enters the packing and fulfillment stage.

International Orders

For cross‑border orders of Blendecove makeup brushes, local import taxes, customs duties or clearance fees may be charged in accordance with the regulations of your receiving country. These additional fees are determined and collected by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.
